CalCurriculumhas adapted the Hexagon Discussion and Analysis Tool, which was developed by The National Implementation Research Network (NIRN), with a specific focus on instructional materials adoption and implementation. This tool can be used during a district or charter’s selection process in order to look ahead toward implementation planning. The tool can also be used during implementation in order to assess progress and areas for improvement.They've created a new video to give you a short introduction to the tool and walk through an example of how it can be used by a district or charter team.
